Mellow Mushroom = great casual restaurant! I love this place....their pizzas, calzones, salads...all of it is good. I especially enjoy the spinach and cheese calzone - it is enough for 2 meals(great value)! And the Esperanza dressing for the salads -- this stuff is really like heaven on your salad - YUM! (my mouth began watering as I typed that!) Staff is always friendly, helpful and flexible, especially when we go there with our daughter. Our toddler is a pretty picky eater -- they were able to provide us with several options for what we know she would eat (i.e. ham, cheese, breadsticks) and treated us (and her) with the same great service as if we had ordered a regular menu item for her. Fun atmosphere, great food, good service, and a great value. We go there often and recommend it to others frequently.
